Oubliette !
“What was I saying ?”
Game Identity / Mantra
2D/3D hybrid Brainpacked autobattler with an old wizard suffering from dementia.
Design Pillars
Decisive space management - Strategic dungeon exploration - High replayability
Genre/Story/Mechanics Summary
Your main character has all his spells stocked in his brain, but the more you venture in the dungeon, the more brain cells you lose ! If you lose a brain cell where there is a spell, a terrible headache forces you to redistribute everything before continuing your adventure, and if there is no more room, drop one or more spells in the Oubliette to forget them.
Prepare your build before each run, master forbidden spells in your grimoire, stack passives to ease your next dungeon, and discover the many hidden interactions as you venture deeper and deeper !
Features
Space management with an increasing difficulty twist
Randomly generated dungeons with a seed you can share for competitive runs
Rich meta-progression mechanics with passive talents, spells and relics to unlock
Interface
You play with the mouse. Organize your spells in your brain, choose your path in the dungeon, interact with NPCs, pick the gold coins and objects dropped, manage your inventory with relics and your belt with potions.
